Adam Gilchrist last match Cricket Legend retires

As India won the commonwealth bank series by 2-0 it as the last match of Australian wicket keeper and batsmen Adam Gilchrist. The popularity and greatness of the great batsmen can be seen from the fact the in each appearance throughout the series Adam was given a great applause and even as yesterday he left the ground after short final appearance he as crowded by photographers while exiting.

Gilchrist retirement came at the age of 36. He contributed 2 runs in his last match and wasn't invlolved in any dismissal behind the stumps. Praveen Kumar took the wicket of gilchris in his final match.
