Bangladesh & Zimbawe lost in short one sided games

Both the mnatches played today were one sided matches and also very short durartion matches. Both Zimbawe and Bangladesh team bated badly and the score was chased easily by the opposition teams.

Match one - Zimbawe Vs New Zealand: Its has been noticed that New Zealand team win matches against ICC associate teams by large margin and at the same time they get defeated by world cup hot favorites by same margin. Today New Zealand beat Zimbawe by 10 wickets, they score of 166 was chased easily without loosin a single wicket in 33.3 overs. This win definitely give some boost to New Zealand team and they can now think of moving to the next round of the world cup.

Match two - West Indies Vs Bangladesh: A horrible performance from Bangladesh and this performance one again raises the question if Bangladesh Test status be canceled or not. Bangladesh team managed to score only 58 runs whic West Indies chased easily by loosign just one wicket in less than 15 overs. With this victory West Indies team too looks to be in the next round of the world cup easily.

Mumbai Indian Semi finals IPL T 20

Well Mumbai Indians have become the first team to enter the semi finals of IPL there and this is the first time the Mumbai India. This is the first time they have entered the semi-finals of the IPL. I've predicted the same in the second post I made for IPL and was expecting Mumbai Indian to do well this time.

3 Indian top order batsmen are back ot the pavilion. Sehwag and S Badrinath are at the crease currently, with Sehwag playing on 50 nad S Badrinath on 9. Hopefully India will manager to bat till tomorrow morning first session and save this test. Remember this series win is must for both team s for Idnia to retain the number one test team position and for South Africa to achieve the number one position.

As predicted Gautam Gambhir will not have any chance of chasing a bit target and hence will not be able to equal Sir Don Dradman's record of 6 consecutive centuries in test cricket. Indian team have been pulled to back seat by Australia who defeated the favorites for Mohali one day match in a low scoring encounter. ICC T20 World Cup - Super 8 pool matches

As Predicted in my previous post, Sri Lanka beat Pakistan & also second match is going to be a closed one. But I guess my second prediction will be wrong as Harbhajan Singh just bowled a maiden over. Another good news is that destructive Chris Gayle is bowled out by Y.K. Pathan. For Indian batting Yuvraj Singh played a crucial role by hitting 67 runs. After twenty twenty world cup win MS Dhoni added one more feather to his cap as Indian cricket team got its first ever one day international bilateral series win against and at Sri Lanka by 3-2. In this series win batting has been a matter of concern for Indian cricket team as in the absence of senior players like Sachin Tendulkar and attacking opener Virender Sehwag etc sometimes batsmen failed to get a solid start and whenever they got a good start middle order failed to keep the momentum going on.
