21-April-2015: Kings XI Punjab vs Rajasthan Royals at Ahemdabad Today. Might be a change in ground could bring a change in fortune for Kings XI team.  A win a what Punjab team needs badly at this moment. However they are facing a team today, which is still undefeated in IPL 2015.  Rajasthan Royals are just playing very good T20 cricket at the moment and they have got all the thing at right place. Punjab on the other hand despite being  filled with talented and big name players and still to get the combination right.They are experimenting too much and I guess they should just keep the things simple and play batsmen in a role that suits them better.

20-April-2015: Today KKR will play against Delhi Daredevils. The DD team has got the momentum they have been missing so  far in IPL. They are now at 4 position in points table and a win today will ensure they will replace KKR team who is at number 3 positions. And if they win the match today with a better run rate the Delhi team might also replace CSK who is at number 2 in points table.

Today match is between the tournaments favorites Kings XI Punjab and Delhi Daredevils. The Punjab team has a very good performance last year and prior to that the Punjab team performance in IPL was almost similar to the opponents today. The Delhi Daredevils team has not got a good season in the history of IPL. This year the team has invested heavily and purchased Yuvraj Singh at a huge amount. Now its for Delhi team players to show that performance. The match begins at 8 pm at Pune and its most likely that Delhi is goind to loose this match. Lest wait and watch. Good luck to all.

IPL Matches today

Today only one match is scheduled to be played. The match will be played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore and the competing teams are Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad. Match will start at 8 pm. So far both the teams have played a single match in IPL. RCB won their opening match against KKR whereas Sunrisers lost their opening match to Chennai Super Kings. Given the form and team combinations RCB is expected to win this match easily.

Glimpses of our posts in IPL 7

Yesterday Kings XI Punjab showed a great performance and posted 195 runs as target for Rajasthan Royals team. In the end Rajasthan Royal team managed to score 147 runs only and loosing the game by 48 runs. At one time it was looking that Kings Eleven Punjab will post a total of more than 200 or 225+ but last 5 overs they managed to score some 30 odd runs only, still the target was out of reach for the Rajasthan Royals team lead by Shane Warne.

Today we have 2 matches to be played in IPL. First match will be played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore at Kolkata and the second one will be played between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings at Mumbai.


Kolkata Kinght Riders vs Royal Challengers Bangalore: This is the first time in IPL history that Kolkata team is looking strong in papers and the fields both, otherwise right from the beginning of the IPL Kolkata team has looked stronger in the papers but ended in the bottom of the points table. This is the first time that team looks to be doing good in points table as well. As far as the todays match is concerned its Royal Challengers team which would be more under pressure to win the match they are already in the bottom 2 of the points table and they need a couple of wins badly to make a comeback in the tournament. Kolkata on the other hand are at the top of points table but they lost the last match to Kochi Tuskers, thus they need to win this match so as to remain in the top of the points table.

Mumbai Indians Vs Chennai Super Kings: Mumbai Indians lost to Chennai Super Kings in the finals of the last year IPL and this time Mumbai must be looking forward to beat Chennai, this win can make Mumbai Indian secure the top position in points table, where as Chennai if wins can make into the top 4.

Pakistan got a good start in the second ODI agains India

Indian team made a change and replaced batsmen Rohit Sharma with All rounder Ravinder Jadeja. As per M S Dhoni the Indian cricket team captain the change was made in order to strengthen the team bowling. We'll get to knwo in nest 3-4 hours if the change will do team India some good or not.

Indian team won the toss today and decided to bowl first. Being invited to bowling Pakistan openers are batting beautifully and Pakistan team looks all set to put a strong total on the board.  So fat the openers have added 98 runs in 16 overs. Only Ishant Sharma is balling well,remaining Indian bowlers are looking ordinary for the moment.

India vs Pakistan is the only ODI match series being played currently. Rest two matches in progress are test matches being played between Australia, Sri Lanka and South Africa, New Zealand.

New Zealand Vs South Africa, 1st Test score update: South African fast bowlers were lethal on day one and got the New Zealand team out at just 45 runs. In return the South Africa were comfortably ahead in the close of day one with 252 for loss of three wickets.

Sri Lanka Vs of Australia, 3rd Test score update: Though Sri Lanka has already lost the test series, they might want to win the third test here. On the day first of third test Sri Lanka got all out at 294 runs. Not a good score but still a better performance from the previous matches.

261 runs target for Pakistan - World Cup Semi Final

Well Indian cricket team was unable to capitalize the start given by Viernder Sehwag and Sachin Tendulkar. Given the initial start team seemed to be heading towards 300+ target but they merely manager 260 runs on the board in the 50 overs loosing 9 wickets.

Pakistani batting has just begun and they have scored a boundary in the first delivery of Zaheer Khan. Current Pakistan score is 8 runs in the first over.

India v Netherlands match live - ICC Cricket World Cup

Many people are taking this match as Sehwag vs ten Doeschate. Let see how the match will progress. Like many other ICC assosciates Netherlands mayalso want to go home with atleast one win. Tomorrows match may not ne the one they may consider winning. But yes Netherlands team will have a great experience playing against the number one team at the home. For Team India I want to see some changes in the team like gettin R Ashwin and Ashish Nehra back in the team.

Indian team looke very poor in bowling and they will need to get a good bowling combination before moving to the knock out rounds of the world cup. Let wait and watch how tomorrows match may go for team India and Netherlands as well. In the mean time New Zealand has accelerated heavily in the slog voers and team score reaching 257 for 6 in 48 overs. Pakistan here played a heavy price for Dropping birthday boy Ross taylor in the very first over he played bowled by Shohaib Akhtar.

I must also admit here that this was the most interesting match in the 2011 world cup so far, next best can be rated as the one between India and England played at the same venue last Sunday. England team is having trouble with macthes against under dogs as they had problem with match against Netherlands as well but they somehow managed to escape the Ryan ten Doeschate's onslaughter.

I can now defintely agree with the post match statement od Ireland captain who said the team still can qualify for the nest round of the tournament. They do have thre chances at the same time India and England will definitely have to work harder in comming matches so as they can qualify easily to the next round. India will play Ireland this sunday and this game wll be interesting one to watch now.

World cup match today: Today in world cup Netherlands is playing against the strong South African team who already have scored 284/4 in 46 overs. Now we will have to see if Netherlands can do the same thing as the Irish team did yesterday.

World Cup Warm up Matches Scoreboards Today

Well slowly and slowly team are arriving in the Indian sub-continent and also taking part in warm up matches. Minnows are specially taking part in warm up matches to make them selves accustom to the pitches and playing condition here. So far 6 warm up matches have been played and there weren’t any surprise results from the warm up matches.

Perhaps the reason behind this may be that the warm up matches so far are played between minnows like Canada, Ireland, Afghanistan, Netherlands and Kenya. So far from the warm up matches I can see the Zimbabwe team is going on a good track and this team can definitely cause some setbacks to the favorites in the world cup.

Match between Australia and New Zealand is going to be an exciting match, although New Zealand team lost to Bangladesh and India in the series played in Bangladesh and New Zealand respectively. I still think they must have done the required refinements in the team and there world cup strategies. Australia too is not having a good series against England. They lost the ashes and now in one day series they lost the recent game. However it is totally a different scenario when you are playing a world cup tournament.
