IPL Matches today might decide top 4 to qualify

Two matches will be played to day in IPL and it includes 3 team who are struggling to make it to the top 4 in the points table. The forth team is one of the title favorites Kings XI Punjab. Here are the IPL matches to be played today:

1. Sun Risers Hyderabad Vs Kings XI Punjab at Hyderabad, 4 pm onwards
2. Kolkata Knight Riders vs Mumbai Indians at Cuttack, 8 pm onwards

Victory is crucial here for all the teams, Kings XI Punjab if wins here will regain number 1 position from Chennai Super Kings. Hyderabad on the other hand will gain 2 more points and reach the top 4. However that position can be quickly taken by KKR if the manage to defeat the Mumbai team.

If Mumbai Indians win they still have very less chances of making it to the play offs. Still nothing can be said till league stage matches are over. Most of the teams still have 4-5 games left and consecutive wins or loses can change the teams fortune in IPL.

Here is the updated point table for IPL 2014.  As you must be aware of the IPL schedule each team will play around 14 group stage matches and the the top 4 team from the point table below will qualify for the play offs There is no change in the play offs, the top 2 team will play the first play off match and the winner will qualify for the finals. Whereas the losing team will play against the winner of play off second i.e. teams ranked 3,4 in points table for another chance to qualify for the finals.

IPL Match at Sharjah Today Live Score

The first match of IPL7 was played yesterday at Abu Dhabi between KKR and Mumbai Indians. The second match of the tournament will be played today at Sharjah cricket ground, that previously have help lots of highly popular international cricket matches. Match starts at 6:30 pm local time and participating teams are Delhi Daredevils and Royal Challengers Bangalore. For Delhi team IPL has not been a happy story so far and they have mostly remain in the bottom of the IPL points table in previous seasons. RCB on the other hand despite being the most star studded team has been unable to win IPL so far, though they appeared in the final once in IPL2 but got defeated by Deccan Chargers team.

DD vs RCB is gonna be an interesting match and hopefully it'd attract huge crowd today in the evening for the match. RCB team are the favorites here but I expect a good fight from Daredevisl as well. In T20 no team is weak and anything could happen in the course of 20 overs of an inning.

Delhi eyes first win of the season in IPL 2013 - Daredevils vs Sunrisers Match Today

If we take a look at the IPL points table then Delhi Daredevils is the only team who is yet to win a match. Delhi team played 3 matches and have lost all of them in this year IPL. Even the Pune Warriors team who hold the record for most consecutive losts in IPL history got to win the match yesterday when they defeated Rajasthan Royals team yesterday.

The good news for Delhi team is that opener Virender Sehwag is fit to play his first game this season and chances are there that Sehwag might give the the start needed to win the match. There game is against a team who has already won 2 of the three matches played and currently placed 4 in the points. Table. Delhi on the other hand is placed at the bottom of the points table and they need continuous wins here to move further in the points table.

IPL Match tomorrow: 

Tomorrow the Pune Warriors team will play against the Mumbai Indians and Mumbai. The Mumbai Indian team looks strong on the papers as compared to the warriors however T20 format of the cricket of of the nature where anything can happen on a given day. At last he got to play some matches for Pune team and now he will be playing against the Kolkata team. All everyone want to see here whome will the Kolkata fans will support there team or the star from Kolkata the dada, the Ganguly. Also will Ganguly like Chris Gayle give it back to the KKR team.

The game between Pune Warriors and Kolkata will not cause much difference to the Pune team but Pune's win or loss if veru much important for Kings XI Pinjab and Kolkata Kinght Riders team. KKR needs to win one of the two remaining matches to qualify for the play ofs.

Well Mumbai Indians team rocks, I was expetcing a good show from the team I was suppoting from the day IPL T 20 came into existence (refer: IPL) They have till now lost only match and leading the points table with 12 points no other team has got more than 8 point yet. Now I odnt bother about how the team will perform they have already won my heart.

I am sure the Mumbai Indian team will qualify for the ICC Champions leauge twenty twenty.

IPL Twenty twenty updates - Matches today

Today Mumbai Indians won the toss and elected to field first against match against Chennai Super Kings. Chennai super Kings got to a good starts and lost 2 quick wickets also. However al will depenn upon how they score in final 3 overs now. Curretn score is 151/2 in 17 overs.

For Chennai Super kings Dhoni is back in the team and Mumbai Indians are playing with the same squad. An intersting quote by Sachin on what target they think is acaievable he said whatever the target is they need to score one run more.

In another match played today Delhi deradevil defeated Royal challenger Bangalore by 17 runs.
